Is our Bulgarian pilot project.

The site is located near the Romanian border, 25 km from the Black Sea coast, in Sarnino. The site currently has 6000 square meters and can also use an additional 3500 square meters from the neighboring property. Additional areas are also being acquired and added to the site.

With houses and aqua and terra-ponics systems, a self-sufficient and self-contained community will be created. Parking spaces for trailers and overnight accommodation for long and short stays will also be created.

The site currently has a boarding house on the smaller plot as well as a main building, a covered outdoor workshop, several vegetable beds, some small animal shelter structures, a shed and a large usable area in the outdoor area with partial fencing, which still offers room for design options.

Is our German pilot project.

A former farm between Dresden and Leipzig is waiting for committed supporters. People who want to approach life a little differently. Self-determined and with the courage to take a different, new path. For themselves and for a community. In addition to providing our own food, the goal is to make us a little more independent. Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit are required. In addition to the opportunities that the farm offers us, a medical therapy center will also be built here. Naturopathic practice, birthing center, care facility, etc.
Childcare and other projects will be created here.

For the pilot project Germany / North Saxony Living in North Saxony.
With our core concept, it depends on the people who are willing to contribute their expertise to us. A pilot project will be created in Saxony under the umbrella of Vigtherius Ordo. Do something different, experience personal and shared freedom and don't just talk about it.

We hope to develop and combine feasible ideas to create something new.

Anyone who feels called to do this and is, for example, at home in a medical profession, who is not too proud to help manage the farm garden, who has a skilled trade and perhaps wants to do something different, who experiences the joy of dealing with animals and, above all, who feels comfortable in a community, is welcome to go into detail when planning. Your ideas and suggestions are needed so that we can make the coming time better together.

Maybe there are other ideas to achieve a certain level of economic efficiency and a little independence.
